After finally deciding to do something about my lights not working in different areas. I looked online to try and find a company that I hoped would not take advantage of me. I stumbled on the Professional Electric Co. Rob and his team came out and were absolutely wonderful. They checked every light socket in my home not just the few I said were out. If they had not done that I would have never known there were two sockets that were burnt (Scary). They were very professional. My issues were fixed the cost was great. I would definitely recommend them so that you can see for yourself. I also had them come out again to replace my kitchen light fixture and the same results i.e. courteous, professional and job well done.

They did an excellent job installing a new breaker box and checking all of the issues to make sure the copper wiring was good to aluminum. They put in new LED recessed lighting which made a great change to the kitchen. The price was reasonable and very responsive. We called for emergency service a couple of weeks ago and got an immediate response! John came out fixed a pretty serious electrical problem, he took the time to show me what was going on and explain the cause. These guys were great--quick response, fast professional service and decent price. Johnny & his partner saved the day (possibly my weekend) by fixing a job I'd botched: installing a new power switch for furnace/AC, which was in a tight, difficult-to-access, very uncomfortable location in the basement. It was a great experience working with Professional Electric. I was having wainscoting installed and in the process discovered the light switches were right at the top and would have to be moved. I called Professional Electric and Rob came out early the next morning to give me an estimate and had someone there the next morning to move the switches. We were impressed with the quality of work and plan on having them back in a few months for electrical work we need done.

All outlets in one room were dead (despite flipping circuit breakers & GCFI's). One outlet just outside the room was clearly malfunctioning, with electrical power blinking on & off. So I made an appointment with them a few days ago. About an hour and a half before they were scheduled to arrive, they called to let me know they were in the area, & ask if it was okay for them to come early. (Sure!) Johnny & Mike quickly confirmed and repaired the faulty outlet, and (as expected) the other connected outlets immediately began working again. It was obvious that they are knowledgeable about their trade, and I would gladly call them again & recommend to others.

Rob with Professional Electric responded the same day to my request for service. After some brief Q&A, we set an appointment for the next day. He and his buddy showed up on time, analyzed the existing wiring (as left by professional painters), and then connected and installed a new LED-type ceiling lamp. They worked quickly, left no mess, and even educated me on some electrical issues. I was totally satisfied by the quality of their work and by their price. I would be very comfortable going back to them for any kind of electrical work.

The first time was installed an attic exhaust fan, the second time to install new wiring for my whirlpool hot tub and the third time to replace my attic exhaust fan that died. I think these guys are great. I've had them to my Crofton home to work twice. The first time they fixed a bedroom wall switch that a couple other electricians could not figure out. Today they installed a transfer box for my emergency generator. They arrived on time, obviously knew what they were doing, installed the box, wrote out directions, gave me a number to call in case I forgot what to do. They are polite, personable, and their prices are OK. Without question i will have them do my electrical work in the future.
